Other Services
General GP appointments
You can use Doctaly like you would your registered GP (if you have one). Why suffer in silence, or have to feel unwell for days waiting for an NHS appointment when you can see a doctor today?
Just search using your postcode to find a doctor near you. You can see more about each one, including their medical qualifications, services they can provide, languages spoken and any areas of specialism. All of our doctors are GMC registered and only practice at CQC approved premises.
Our consultations are 15 minutes long and Doctaly stores no patient medical records, so sharing your consultation notes with your NHS GP is your choice.
Read moreTelephone Appointments
Doctaly provides telephone consultations with highly vetted, GMC registered doctors, Monday-Friday 7am-7pm for just £40.
Our doctors are able to help you with a wide number of conditions or concerns and our booking process is very simple to follow. Just follow these three simple steps to get the treatment you need:
- Find a time that works best for you, or request an alternative time which we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Make payment via our secure payment page
- Click on the link to your virtual consultation room, where the doctor will be waiting for you.
Sick Notes
If you have a minor illness and you’re unable to attend work or university, you may need a Sick Note as proof of your condition. We know it can be hard to get a same day appointment with a local doctor, so Doctaly can provide you with a Sick Note quickly and easily, without the hassle of leaving your home.

If you require any type of scan or X-ray in the UK, you will require a doctor to assess your needs and provide you with a referral letter, which Doctaly can help you with.
Our complete patient journey includes

- Referral letter for your scan or X-ray
- Scan or X-ray carried out at one of our partner clinics
- Review of your results by the doctor
- Communication of your results
- Follow-on advice and specialist referral letter or prescription from the doctor (if required)
Specialist Referrals
If you need to see a private medical specialist, you’ll need a referral letter from a GP, even if you are not insured and a self-paying patient.
Doctaly can provide you with a specialist referral letter quickly and easily, without the hassle of leaving your home. We are the first provider to offer an online specialist referral letter service, overseen by NHS accredited GPs throughout the process.
