Standard appointments during core (usually surgery) hours start from £49.99. Out of hours (before 9am and after 6pm on weekdays) start from £69.99.

Payment is made when you book, through our secure website. So you’re in good hands before you set foot in the surgery.

Trustworthy/Reassuring

All doctors are GMC registered, many with specialist areas

All Doctaly doctors are registered with the GMC and work at practices who are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, just like your usual doctor.

You can choose your doctor by location, whether you want to see a male or female, by language spoken and by areas of specialism, because we really feel that it’s your health and wellbeing, and all of these things matter when looking for healthcare you feel comfortable with.

No rush/Relaxed

All appointments are allocated a minimum of 15 minutes.

There’s nothing worse than being kept waiting after your appointment time then feeling rushed. So all our appointments are a full 15 minutes to give you enough time to tell the doctor everything they need to know to treat you effectively. And if you know you’ll need longer, that’s fine too, just book two appointments together.

What happens at my appointment?

Just go along to the surgery, like you would for your normal registered GP. Consultations are 15 minutes long, so you will have plenty of time to talk to the Doctor in a relaxed environment.

We don’t store any of your medical records or details of your appointment. If you wish to share these with your own doctor or other healthcare professionals, you can.

If you need medication, you’ll be given a prescription there and then, which you can collect at any UK pharmacy. And if you need, or want, to be referred to a specialist or for further tests, you can do that through Doctaly too, or go back to your doctor with the information.

What can I see a Doctaly doctor for?
